As you can imagine we get lots of questions about how payments/payroll works! Payments are issued every 2-weeks to all of our GBAs with productive hours.
Our accounts pay between $12-$17 per hour, the amount typically varies based on hours per week of servicing as well as quality metrics.
We are always looking for amazing GBAs to move in to flex success roles (such a facilitator or CSP) but everyone must start on a program and complete the certification process.
You can manage your own banking information through your ADP login, which you will receive during the onboarding process.
Payments are made through Direct Deposit.
We are working on getting pay cards as an alternate method of payment.
