  • These classes usually take place during business hours and run 6-8 hours per day.

Short Certifications

  • In some cases, you may be invited to complete a “short” certification.
  • This is usually a way to try and get our GBAs up to speed as quickly as possible for a client with an urgent need.
  • You will still need to complete the full program certification, usually within 5-10 days of completing your “short” certification.

Further Assistance

The first day of training is always exciting and we are excited to have chosen to partner with us to support our clients!

How Does It Work?

You can view and update your class registration in iCIMS. If you can no longer attend the certifcation class you signed up for simply unenroll for that class.

You can also view and register for another class that may better meet your needs.

As you can imagine we get lots of questions about how payments/payroll works! Payments are issued every 2-weeks to all of our GBAs with productive hours.

Getting started

Our accounts pay between $12-$17 per hour, the amount typically varies based on hours per week of servicing as well as quality metrics.

We are always looking for amazing GBAs to move in to flex success roles (such a facilitator or CSP) but everyone must start on a program and complete the certification process.

How Payments Are Made

You can manage your own banking information through your ADP login, which you will receive during the onboarding process.

Payments are made through Direct Deposit.

We are working on getting pay cards as an alternate method of payment.

Steps for getting established with ADP, our earnings payments system

Completing a W9

In order to complete your onboarding, you will need to complete a W9. You will complete your W9 in ICIMS.

If you have any questions about how to complete a W9, you can access the IRS website here: https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf

Once your W9 is submitted, and you begin certification, you will be sent an email inviting you to log-in to ADP and complete your payroll profile.

You will need to provide banking information for Direct Deposit. We do not offer any other payment methods at this time.
