Do you meet the internet requirements?

Check the items your internet setup currently meets.
What does hardwired internet mean?

Hardwired high-speed internet connection using Ethernet At least 10 Mbps download speed At least 5 Mbps upload speed I understand Wi-Fi, satellite, and mobile home internet connections are not accepted

Do you have a corded USB headset?

Wireless or Bluetooth headsets may not meet client requirements.
